It’s easy to overdo or underdo salads but this simple formula should leave you full and satisfied until your next meal.
𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝘀𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗱 𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗲 :
☘️ Greens as the foundation(spinach, kale, amaranthus etc.)
☘️ Crunchy greens bring dynamic texture(cabbage, lettuce etc.)
☘️Pack on the protein(HoP tofu, tempeh, chickpea etc.)
☘️ Healthy fats(avocado, nut and seeds etc.)
☘️ Dress it up!(HOP Tofu feta cheese, HoP BBQ spread, cashew cheese etc.)
The ubiquitous Indian green salad is primarily vegetables with 90% water content. It’s no surprize you feel hungry immediately after. Adding just 100 gms of HoP tofu will keep hunger at bay.
