Tandoori Tofu (Rest of India)

Tandoori tofu is tender, juicy and wonderfully firm with the gorgeous flavours of the marinade complementing it beautifully. Our signature marinade is made from vegan curd infused with Indian spices like khaskhas and kasoori methi and a touch of mustard oil. Need we say more?

The blackened, charred bits from our tandoor add even more deliciousness. The masala is made fresh for each batch .  

When served alongside lemon wedges, sliced onions (laccha pyaz), mint, and coriander chutney, nothing else comes close. This is a perfect snack for any occasion.
