When we decided to make a milk alternative, we wanted it to be natural.  No nature identical & artificial flavouring (vanila, chocolate). We didn't want to add thickeners, gums and oils. We could have opted for a 6 month shelf life but that would mean introducing preservatives and subjecting the milk to extreme temperatures thereby burning the nutrients. We didn't want any of that.

Our cardamom soymilk has real crushed cardamoms mixed into our signature soymilk and RO water.  That's it.

Milk like texture with a greenish hue from cardamom.

Intense Cardamom Flavour as we add ground cardamom into the mylk and simmer to infuse.

No Beany Taste or Smell.
