When we decided to make a milk alternative, we wanted it to be natural. Natural as in natural.
Not the big brand kind of 'natural' where the fine print says natural, nature identical & artificial flavouring (vannila, chocolate). We didn't want to add thickeners, gums and oils. We could have opted for a 6 month shelf life but that would mean introducing preservatives and subjecting the milk to extreme temperatures thereby burning the nutrients. We didn't want any of that.
Honestly, the best plant mylk is the one that you make at home. But if you can't, we are just an order away
